Our in-home consultations and the quotes we provide are free and non-binding. A consultation or quote is an estimate to help you make a decision — it is not a contract.
No agreement between you and WindowServe becomes binding until both parties have a signed agreement or contract in place for the specific products and services. Until that point, either of us is free to walk away with no obligation.
Pricing
We work hard to keep our pricing fair, clear, and all-inclusive. However, pricing is subject to change without notice until a quote has been formally accepted and a signed agreement is in place. Prices can be affected by factors such as product selection, window sizes and quantity, materials, and manufacturer pricing.
Once you formally accept a quote and we have a signed agreement, the price for the work described in that agreement is what applies.
Payment terms
Payment terms — including any deposit, balance due, and accepted payment methods — will be described in your written agreement before any work begins. If financing is involved, the specific terms will be confirmed with you in advance. Please refer to your signed agreement for the payment details that apply to your project.
Products and installation
Our custom products are made to the measurements and specifications confirmed during your consultation. Manufacturer warranties apply to the products we install, and we stand behind the quality of our installation work. We'll walk you through the specific coverage for whatever you choose.
SMS / Text Messaging Terms
By providing your phone number and opting in through our website form, you consent to receive SMS text messages from WindowServe related to your inquiry, appointment scheduling, quotes, and service updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
